Tzitzis Workshop
Classroom Setup
How to setup for a Tzitzis Workshop presentation.
- Tables and chairs (6-8 students per table)
- Blackboard if available
- No stage is needed
- Presentation cannot take place in the sanctuary
Participants: Up to 25 students (11 years and older) per session/presentation
Presentation Time: 1 hour 30 min.
Note: The Tzitzit workshop is appropriate for students 11 years and older due to the intensive demand for manual dexterity and accuracy needed to correctly produce kosher Tzitzit. For a single session for first time participants this hand-on workshop also requires three instructors for up to 20-24 students and takes at least 90 minutes. Larger groups can be accommodated only more time and additional instructors are available.
